					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>PU1000</strong> is Two component Insulated Glass Sealant based on Polyurethane.<br />
SAS PU 1000 sealant is a two-component polyurethane system developed for IGU (insulating glass units) production. Thanks to the thixotropy effect, when A+B components are mixed, it does not flow out of the IGU joint. SAS PU 1000 cures entirely within a few hours. It does not contain any solvent or mercury compounds.<br />
The cured sealant presents very good durability and adheres very well to different surfaces like glass or common IGU spacers. SAS PU 1000 perfectly prevents IGUs from moisture penetration and gas diffusion.<br />
SAS PU 1000 should be applied as secondary sealant for double or triple IGUs.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>TP1000</strong> is the ultimate regular warm edge spacer system for the manufacture of insulating glass units as WARM EDGE. Polyisobutylene (PIB) as the base, consist of a thermoplastic elastomer formulated with the inclusion of desiccant for drying the air space. TP1000 is free of solvents, non-fogging and has no sulfuration.</p>
<p>It can keep its plasticity and sealing properties in wide temperature range and will not become harden and crack. It also has excellent resistance to air aging and perfect adhesion property to glass.TP1000 will compose an excellent anti-humidity system with elastic sealant due to its low moisture vapor transmission property.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>HM1000 hot melt butyl insulating glass sealant is formulated from the highest quality synthetic polymers and elastomers, butyl rubber and resins to deliver outstanding adhesion to glass and metal/plastic spacers when applied as an edge seal to multiple glazed window units.</p>
<p>The high performance sealant has been specifically and exclusively developed for insulating glass manufacturers.  It’s fast flowing, low stringing and quick setting properties make it ideal for IG producers requiring the ability to handle and move sealed units within a short time of production. HM1000 is resistant to degradation from UV light, temperature extremes and exposure to water.</p>
<p>HM1000 is fully suited to all known makes of hotmelt sealant manual or robotic application machines, is compatible with all glass types and coatings. Its specifications like fast flowing, smooth, negligible low slump and stringing, rapid cooling and setting, very low Moisture Transmission (MVTR) and Argon Permeability Rates makes HM1000 the ideal IG edge seal.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>PIB1000 is perfectly formulated, one-component, solvent free thermoplastic insulating glass sealant based on polyisobutylene, which does not harden and which is very tight to water vapour, gases (like Argon) and Sulphur Hexaflourid. It is used as a primary sealant in combination with other secondary sealants.PIB1000 has low density, excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel surfaces and is resistant to ageing.</p>
<h2><strong class="text-boarder-bottom-green">PIB900</strong></h2>
<p>PIB900 is the standard version from our PIB primary sealant range with cost effectiveness. The product provides excellent technical properties as well like optimal application at the extruder, high adhesion to glass and spacers and low MVTR and gas transmission rates.</p>

<p>PIB1000-S is the soft version of our PIB Butyl range that is especially formulated for flexible spacers like Edgetech®.
